Hourly Rate
£250 per hour plus VAT
Typical Fees
My fees are calculated on an hourly basis.
An individual estimate and, where appropriate, a capped fee will be provided following review of the letter of instruction and the available records.

Preliminary advisory report
Screening report
Full CPR 35-compliant report
Supplementary report
Joint expert discussion
Conference with Counsel
Court attendance
Attendance at inquest

Fees may vary depending on complexity and volume of records
A fee estimate will be provided upon review of instructions
Travel time is charged at my standard hourly rate.
Mileage is charged at the prevailing HMRC approved rate and reasonable travel and accommodation expenses are charged at cost.
