How to Instruct
I accept direct instructions from solicitors acting for both Claimants and Defendants. I am also available for instruction through established medico-legal agencies including Premex+, Speed Medical and Stewart House.
Fees
My standard expert witness rate is £250 per hour plus VAT. Fees are calculated on an hourly basis and an estimate will be provided following review of the proposed instruction and available records. Estimates may vary according to the complexity of the case and volume of records. All instructions are subject to conflict checks and current availability.
